yes. the voodoo floss. i got onto it reading kelly starretts book supple leopard. you can get them cheap on amazon. they can be used other way too. i think every self trained athlete should have starretts book on hand as a reference for injuries rehab and prehab. his yt videos are a good resource too. i know it probably wont change many minds but there has been some conclusive science that icing inflammation doesnt improve healing. the voodoo floss is also used for compression. it can also be used to force blood deep into injured areas like prp at a lesser scale.
