    Back in the day, probably prior to 2008 I found a great article on T-Nation on calculating or DEE.

    I tried to find it today with no luck.

    There were 3 formulas, if I remember correctly, all giving different numbers, but I知 looking for one that is very precise.

    Basically the formula I知 looking for includes: your BMR, thermogenic cost of food, activity level and I believe one other factor to put into the formula.

    If anyone can help me out and provide me with a great formula to use I would appreciate it.

    It痴 time again to figure out how many calories I burn a day, set a goal for my weight, create a nutrition plan and keep track of all my calories.

    I had this all back prior to 2010, then my computer got an STD and I lost every article that was important to me.

    I値l continue my research, but if anyone can contribute and help me out that would be appreciated.
