Just wondering what you think of a protein shake for dinner (meal replacement)? I have been on Shakeology for years now, it is supposed to be full of superfoods, pre and probiotics (a bit high in sugar) and I double scoop all my shakes which means that it is superexpensive (and maybe not as healthy as it looks). What do you think?

You can easily replace whey with vegan protein, I'm sure you know that by now

If I am replacing a meal with a Shake, I always make sure I add supplemental fiber (like metamucil) to make up for the fiber I would be getting in the meal.

Yes I know but I cannot decide which one to choose -- rice, pea, hemp protein? I tried pumpkin protein last year but the taste wasn't great and it wasn't mixing properly.

If people say Pea doesn't mix well, I'd go with the rice.
Hemp falls short on the protein profile, Rice is just as good as whey and probably digests very well deriving from rice.
There could be generic blends of multiple varieties too.

I'd go with whatever has the most protein with the least calories and the best cost to protein ratio.
At the end of the day, any of them will blend well in a blender lol.
