    What about soy beans?

They are ok, I suppose. I never used them, but I used plenty of soy protein powder back in the day, before it was determined to not be very good for men. Edemame is not a bad good. One cup shelled has 22 protein, which is enough to help.

Ok thank you. A female colleague of mine told me she has to stay away from soy products because of her thyroid issues. I eat soy yoghurt and might try soy beans. Not sure I'll like the taste though. I will keep you posted.

I had puréed Brussels sprouts and an omelet for lunch.

I added bromelain and quercetin to my supplements.
