    I tried adding carbs and cut a meal off, the result where lost muscle mass and felt bloated , I was told i was insulin resistant due to bein that much over weigh wen i started back up.

    I've done EXACTLY what you've done here... and planned out cycles and etc... for a LONG ASS time...

    The issue here, is that you can ONLY plan in a linear fashion, and KEEP planning if things go EXACTLY right, and you gain JUST how you want.

    That rarely happens.

    I find it MUCH more beneficial to plan shit out in bite sized chunks.

    Work in time frames of 8 weeks, and then re-assess. Repeat…

    It’s an ever changing, growing thing, that takes tweaking… This takes time, patience, and re-assessments…

    GH in combination with a clean diet and a consistent training (including fasted cardio) will help you shed some lbs. since women and males work out differently follow the advice given by our guys here.
