So is it a bad thing to NOT take the aspirin? I don't want it to thin my blood and I've been reading that its not good for the stomach wall, it eats away at it. Is this true?

I heard the same thing about aspirine. Also don't know if thats true.

Like p.s. said, aspirine prolongs the thermogenic effect. Take the aspirine out and i would think you would have to take the EC more often through out the day. Seems to me that could bring on other problems.

Sorry Michelle, i didn't mean that literally. I'm speculating. I guess the only way to find out for sure is to try it and see what happens. Unless someone here has already tried it and speaks from experience.

I've never made my own ECA stack, i always get the ready made.

dont get wrapped up in thinking eca is getting and keeping you in shape, its your dieting and exercise thats doing that. sometimes we give too much credit to supplements when its dedication and hard work thats getting us there. dont sweat the aspirin, if your worried drop it, the effect will be miniscule. keep workin hard and watch your diet , thats the key.

Drew's got it here! Dropping the asprine will make negligible difference. Your stomach should feel much better too. I don't use asprine with my ephedrine when I'm dieting, asprine and advil do horrible things to my stomach. Let your tummy heal. I wouldn'teven tell your doctor, just drop the asprine, you're probably runing your stomach lining. I've been there, and I'm never going back. Asprine and Advil are avoided like the plague by me.

Thanks! I will drop the asprine the pain wasn't something I want to keep happening. As soon as I stopped taking the asprine a couple days later the pain went away. I have a feeling I did some damage to my stomach, I hope it heals itself. Thanks again
