    Hey! Ive been casually using steroids in very therapeutic dosages and now at 185 lbs and 5'8.
    Id like to cut a bit and was wondering if this would be a good combo to try? Im hoping to shed 10-12 lbs of "visceral fat "around waist and love handles and get my 4 pack to an eight!

    Thoughts on this?

    What kind of dosages are we talking here?

    Diet super clean. Fish, fish and more fish! Mainly tuna and salmon, alot of veggies , nuts no salt , fruits, and some carbs. Eat 4 times a day. I Al so eat red meat and ommelettes everyday.
    Was thinking 20 mg anavar per day, 50 mg tnt per week?

    Me personally, I'd up your meals to 6-7 a day (but thats just a preference)

    I also think that 20mg of Var is a way too low and you won't yield much results with that, I usually do at least 60mg day but have also gone as high as 100 and I find that that is where I get the best results. But thats just my experience.

    You'll lose subq fat with a decent drop in energy intake no matter what compounds you take. However, as you know, they can definitely help in achieving a certain look. It seems to me that you just want to maintain muscle mass with these doses while cutting. Still, though, you can lose muscle if you diet too fast.

    Also you don't get to choose where you lose fat sadly.

    I think that most people don't need to go real low carbs right off the bat (or tkd ckd not sure what you're planning by "some carbs") but at the end of the day that boils down to personal preference I guess.

    You can try what you posted for sure, and sorry if most if my thoughts weren't geared towards your compound choices, that comes after training and diet imo. (You can lose fat on dbol/deca/test and gain fat on tren ace/mast p/test prop)
