    Been lifting for over 10 Years now. There are all my last maxes... My squat is at about 480 bench is about 335 and deadlift is at 650

    Nothing spectacular, but these are my current best lift sets, I don't know my maxes.

    208lbs, 6'0", 30

    Deadlift 405 x 3
    Bench 315 x 2
    Squat 405 x 7

    Haven't used my legs in about two months now thanks to plantar fuckyouitis.

    Flat bench with a 2 count pause 425lbs
    Incline bench 405lbs
    Deadlift no belt 675lbs
    Squat 500lbs for sure, never tried heavier.
