before I tore my ACL and left Rotator Cuff then quit PL all together!...just started to PL again after 6 yrs!
Bench: 435x4
Deads: 615x4
Squat: 595x2....shoulda started training legs when I was young!!!![]()

Deadlift - 405 x 4
Squats - 495 x 4 (pre knee surgery) Currently 135 x 5 Yay! (Don't act like ur not impressed) Hahaha
lol I benched 315x1, deadlift 535x1, squat 495x2
all at 175 lbs
squat 585 1 rep with belt and knee wraps
dead lift 635 1 rep with belt and straps over hand grip
bench 455 1 rep with belt and normal t-shirt
weight was about 270 done last year.
