    Calling all Strength Freaks!!!!!!!!

    Let's wake this forum up fellas (and ladies)

    What are your numbers in any big lift?

    What's your training like?

    Post 'em up muther****ers!!!!!!!!

    Mine - 675lb deadlift
    286lb log c&press (2nd time trying this ever)
    290lb c&press on a bar
    590lb (knee wraps and belt) ass on heels squat
    300lb farmer's for 100ft in under 30 seconds

    I am a Westside Barbell man - and I use 4X5, powerbuilding, and Olympic Weightlifting in my program.

    Well as I'm now strictly a BBer I'm not into the whole strength/power thing anymore, but when I was a PL I did manage to squat 710 as a 242 and could always pull 650+, but my bench was never all that strong my best was 500. Now however my right shoulder hates it when I benchpress with a free bar, but I can still manage 300+ on the incline for 6-8 reps in the off season.

    You however have some very very solid lifts!

    2 weeks out from a bodybuilding show under 5% I squated 495 for 11 on a 16 inch bench, by bench is donw to 315 for 10 reps and deads are down to 515 for 10. Log press I did 230 for 26 reps. I stirct curl 135 for 8 reps. Oh and I compete in the under 181 class in powerlifitn and under 176 in bodybuilding. For worlds in 2008 my goal at 198 is 660 squat single ply gear, 550 bench and 700 deadlift.

    My bench sucks but my deadlift is a little over 600lbs

    Jerk press 285lbs

    350lbs atlas stone to 50" platforms

    Squat 500lbs (raw)

    front squat 375lbs

    135lbs 1 hand BB snatch (this is a good show trick)

    Training is going well and I know my numbers will be going up.

    Never really trained for strength but would like to. Deads & squat increases come much easier than bench - bench been the same for years. I need some help :-)

    what r u doing for chest days. I would also look at your sub-muscles groups to try and fix the problem. If you have weak, shoulders, tris or forearms I definately believe they can stop your gains in their tracks
