Mine - 675lb deadlift
286lb log c&press (2nd time trying this ever)
290lb c&press on a bar
590lb (knee wraps and belt) ass on heels squat
300lb farmer's for 100ft in under 30 seconds
I am a Westside Barbell man - and I use 4X5, powerbuilding, and Olympic Weightlifting in my program.
