I finnally got a training partner and have been training with this guy since the end of dec. Its been incredible! My squat has shot up 50pds 25/side, another 40 on my bench and my deadlift is at 4plates a side. We scare everyone in our pussy gym which is the new age fitness bullshit. People are scarred shitless, whenever a grunt comes out on huge weights. There system goes into shock when they hear anything but their techno beats and pop music. We train upstairs somedays just to scare people. Anyway long story short, get a partner. I don't know what I've been doing for the last 3 months without a partner.
