take about 3 tbsp flax four add hot water about 2 to 3 tbsp, mix till it looks like cream of wheat, add a little splenda . its a great way to get efas plus get a little bulk from tthe flax seeds its grreat when your dieting cause you get your efas it feels like your eating carbs but your not, and it fills you up.edit your actually eating 12 grams of carbs / 3 tbsp of flour but not that big a deal, still lots of fiber with efas
