    Milk 600mL (I use 2% or sometimes when I can afford it, I use Goat Milk)

    Hemp protein 4 tablespoons

    Grass fed collagen 1 tablespoon

    Maca powder half-tablespoon

    Fermented Cacao powder half-tablespoon

    Ashwaganda root powder half-tablespoon

    Mct oil 1 tablespoon

    5g micronized creatine

    Honey 1 tablespoon (this is entirely optional. It just tastes much better which a bit of honey)

    It's actually pretty good! My friends have tasted it and they said it's delicious haha. The honey really makes a difference.
