    this is my originalish fried chicken recipe my friends really like. this is for people who dont own a deep fryer. i like costco chicken thighs cuz they are so cheap a, so tasty and have lots of fat. i take half a pack and freeze the other. i think about 11 thighs.
    -dry off as well as possible
    -toss in a bowl with 2 heaping table spoons of baking powder, 2 heaping table spoons of coconut flour and season to your liking. i have tried a bunch of counterfeit kfc recipes but they didnt turn out great, i just use salt, telecherry black pepper, garlic powder and oregano.
    -bake 20 min at 350f
    -flip, bake 20 min more
    -take out and fry each side in a fry pan at high heat to brown. around 370. the only oil i like to cook with is either canola or refined olive oil. excluding butter

    Sounds delicious. I love chicken thighs, so juicy and tender. I know most people don't them because they tend to be oily.
