Thanks man. I appreciate it. I'm glad you are getting treatment as well. It's so crazy how some doctors are quick to throw pills at you but to treat a hormonal imbalance they try to avoid it. But I'm glad I got a good doctor now and have an endo to see in July. Best of luck with everything on your end as well.

    Thanks for sharing your story.
Have you sought out any counselling?
It has helped me deal with a few issues.
Also, if you want, take the time to write some positive things in this post as it will aid in an optimistic outlook in life.
What was positive in the past?
    Present?
    And future?
Once again thanks for sharing apart of your life with all of us.
I wish you nothing but the best.

Yes I went to grief counselling after my dog was put down for a bit it helped a lot. Appreciate the comment and positive feedback! I'm looking forward you know making the best of my life and make sure that I enjoy myself and my life knowing that yeah I dealt with a lot of shit before but my parents would want me to be happy and living the best I can and be healthy and not suffer anything they ever had to endure! Hopefully one day get married have some kids of my own and another German shepherd as the family dog will be great. And I'm working hard to get my body back. Down 213lbs now 40.8 inch waist. I did comparison pics to last year when I was 214 my waist was 41.5 inches so definitely the trt is recomping me back to normal and I'm gaining muscle and losing fat! Hoping to get back to my previous self it's not a race but always moving forward!

Everything you said there boils down to having SMART goals. SMART goals:m are:

    Specific
    Measurable
    Attainable
    Realistic
    Timely

    You can do this.
