    Yup I had super oily skin and pizza back years ago, as stated accutane was crazy awesome stuff, lol didn't even want to show after using as skin was not oily heehhe

    Cant seem to find "Bio-Oil" at any pharmacy..Or maybe Im looking in the wrong place..I see tones of Vitamin E ointment and acne moisturizer but not bio-oil.

    I only found it at Shoppers Drugmart... I searched a few department stores and generic pharmacies with no luck at first.

    Just remember it's for scarring, but it won't help much with cystic breakouts or prevention. Accutane under doctors supervision.

    test a small area before using bio oil I had a bad reaction an wound up with the worst rash.

    I've had some issues with this myself.
    It's caused by testosterone turning in to DHT- another steroid which can lead to oily skin. The oils capture bacteria, etc, which leads to acne.
    What has been working for me is to shower morning and night, using some kind of exfoliator and an anti-bacterial soap. I use a brush with a long handle for my back, and it's pretty much cleared everything up.

    From what I've read, accutane can have some pretty nasty side effects and should only be considered in extreme circumstances.

    Antibiotics may help to clear things up temporarily, but you dont want to be on them forever. Keeping control of the oils (and therefore bacteria build up) on your skin is the key to controlling acne.
