    It won't make you align your wrist but it make you not push against bar which takes pressure off the tendon.

    That goes without saying. Only high bar squatter I know of is Kevin oak.

    And he is only high bar compared to low bar squatters. Meaning he isn't high bar like when an Olympic lifter back squats.
