I'll be 49 at the end of the month. Yes I get soreness now that I didn't have when I was younger. But it forces you to pay more attention to details. Diet. FORM over weight. Training styles.

Oddly enough heavy weight, low reps and my body responds positively. Lower weight high reps and my joints ache like hell.

There isn't one way for everyone, but I do notice a lot of older people spinning their wheels in the gym with high rep routines. In fact I rarely see them change things up much. To each their own.
