    I have to avoid peanut butter, There is only one serving size for me. A half a jar. 2/3 if it's crunchy. Late night peanut butter will not work for me. It did when I was 275+ and actually bulking....

    2/3c oats
    1tbsp PB

    Some raisins and dried bananas since it's pretty much fucking winter now

    2 bags of fruitio gummies. I eat them in bed, lol. Not joking.

    But before that I drink a shake with 2 scoops of powder and 600 ml of milk and eat 2 cups of rice. Make my hcbd in my water to drink when I wake to pee at night. This is my post workout before bed meal.

    usually a shake with 40 or 50g isolate and some cashews or almonds or something. basically just fats plus proteins, no carbs pre bedtime
