    I'm #1 and 2 because I keep living despite injuries or even when I'm not feeling well which isn't very smart .... I feel terribly guilty if I don't work out and so afraid of putting on weight and everything that I'm putting a lot of pressure/stress on myself.

    I'm definitely a 4 the last few years. I've definitely been all of those types at various points. If say I've been a 2 most of my life tho.

    I definitely started out at type 1.

    Then became type 3 and now type 4.

    Type 3 & 4 are someone interchangeable depending on whether I'm on cycle or not!

    I'm probably more of a 3 (I like setting, working towards and achieving goals), but when getting ready for a show it moves into the 2 range though that's still a goal in and of itself

    I don't pretend I have a balanced lifestyle (when competing, at least) so I don't think I can comfortably call myself a 4...that, for me at least, would involve being more of a 3-4 day/wk gym-goer, with more yoga, non-lifting physical activity and (offseason) cardio than I currently incorporate - but most importantly, allow for non-physical self care and growth opportunities

    I think im 2 and 3 cause i know what i was like before i started. A 325lb at 5'7 pile of shit that pretty much hated himself. Got down to 170 then slowly built over the last 20 years. I will never go back to that state again

    Type III for me. Interesting enough I would say that I have felt like a type III my whole lifting career - I have always enjoyed the gym and gone because I wanted to and because it makes me feel great to be in control of that aspect of my life.

    I am all 4 types. In terms of motivation probably a 2-3, leaning towards 3, but I definitely see it as a pathway for success.
