Sorbate that's some good volume right there. Have you kept it the same and have just changed diet recently or have you dropped it a bit from the eating too much? Lol

I changed my diet about 2 weeks ago, and just brought on the dead’s and squats with the high reps last couple of week. My CNS has been fried until today. I actually felt good today, but you gotta remember I’m only doing pretty much hrt.
I thought I’d try more whole body exercises like dead’s and squats to change it up. Plus my legs lag behind a bit. Stupid siatica, but I’ve almost got that under control.

Any monkey can lift weights, it's the eating part that's hard.

    I was 245lbs May 2017.
Got down to 213lbs July 2018.
    Currently sitting at 217lbs.
I want to gain some more solid mass, but stay around 225lbs.
Simply put, gain lean weight while simultaneously losing fat...change my body composition.
    My height is 5’5”.

I am primarily a martial artist that likes to look aesthetic. Pretty lean 180 at 6'. I train jiu jitsu 3-4 times per week and right now lift 3 times per week - push/pull/legs . I am 47 so try to keep volume down. I do a lot of rest-pause and drop sets. Try to get in and out of the gym in 40-45 min. Goal is to gain 5-10 lbs of muscle with the same leanness over the next 12-18 months.

Nice! Jiu jitsu is imo the first martial arts that potential mma fighters should learn.

That's an achievable goal for sure, especially if you slowly add kcalories in. Good luck and have fun here on the board OGJ.

That, as you know, takes more time to achieve but thanks to AAS (or newbie gains which doesn't relate to you lol) is achievable. Recomping is not an easy goal XA, have fun while you keep killing it.

Yes, should have put it this way...
Increase lean body mass, therefore bodyfat percentage will go down.

But I’ve been able to put on some good muscle and make my waist smaller over the last year.

Been off gear for 6 months, so I'm really just maintaining. Only "goal" is to improve my cardio. Started doing DC a few weeks ago so I'm not lifting every day and have more time for my bike/treadmill.
