    this will be my first go at it also. Will be relying a bit on Zuespas to advise as he has quite a bit of experience with this training program. I hope my battered old joints can hold up...

    So far it's been easier on my joints (left AC in particular.. It's mangled) than what I was doing before. Much lower volume.
