4 weeks into cycle..(recoup after back injury)

These are from the 5th week of my cycle. Recoup from life's downward spiral. Starting weight 215lb (plateau) now 223lb and rising. BF is slowly getting under control. Goal is 260lbs

Simple test 400 split Tuesday & Thursday
Dbol just started will be a week on Thursdays injection.

30mg a day, morning noon and night.

Mammoth diet plan. 6800 calories a day.

I don't think just eating 6800 cals per day is the smart thing to do.
Maybe you should post up your diet.

That's a lot of cals.. like St said above, what's the diet look like?

Also, not that it makes a huge difference but I'd divide the shots up more evenly per week. For example, 200mg Sunday am and 200mg Wednesday pm.

Morning:

6 eggs in the morning - 450 calories est.

2 slices of knaan bread with flax oil 250 calories est

Morning shake 3100 calories.

3800 calories total

Afternoon:

Chicken Ceaser (large) heavy dressing 470 calories est.

Small shake 600 calories

1070 calories total

Dinner

Varies usually a red meat ie. Lean Burgers 4 of them with broccoli salad (large) 800 calories est.

A salad of sorts usually 400 - 600 calories

1400 calories total

6200 calories total throughout the day snacks in between total average of 6800 calories a day.

All meals vary but stay around the same caloric total.

How's the strength coming along?
Strength is very good, hitting some record lifts for myself my goals are quite high in regards to weight but it takes time I expect two cycles to get to where I need to go.

its wrote 3100 cal on the front but 4 sccop give 1250 cal . not 3100 :/
What flavor did you get? Each flavor has different values I will post my bag and reference points. And how did you measure your caloric math on the four scoops?

Dude no offence but you dont look like you have any muscle on you and some significant bodyfat. That diet is just going to make your fat worse. IYou are going to look pretty rough on that plan at 260lbs
No offence taken my friend, I appreciate the criticism! We all start somewhere and make mistakes but I'll figure it out by the end of this cycle for the next ;)

I was just reading up you are correct good sir Hmm, maybe 3 shakes a day instead ahahaha
Still a good shake tho , i like to use them when i wan to add another meal but i have no appetite , i start by adding 2 scoop for eventualy replace it by a meal
