45 Day diet how to lose most fat while keeping muscle?

Ok was gunna be running cycle, but elbow pain has inhibited training, figured "fuck it, I'll just use the dbol to maintain muscle while I lose fat for the rest of the bottle" (45 days worth of 20mg/day).

Now whats the fastest way to lose fat for those 45 days while my elbow heals? Keto/cardio? Clen/t3? DNP?

Ideas?

Why don’t you introduce your self in the intro section and tell people about yourself. We get a lot of trolls who like asking ridiculous questions.
People will help you but you dropped a bomb and to be frank it doesn’t make sense (to me).
How many cycles, how long lifting, age, what injury do you have, how long are out of commission from upper body weight lifting? Provide a better story and you will get more serious answers.
Stop the dbol and save it, concentrate on rehab. Provide more info and I will help you but I’m no expert.

3rd cycle.sharp elbow pain on tip of elbow from biking and doing heavy presses and shit. will prolly take a few weeks to heal.

im actually rather curious about the muscle saving abilities of dbol so im willing to try some crazy crash diet for 45 days for shits and giggles. im not gunna lose sleep over wasting some dbol.

Did you get your elbow diagnosed or guessing it is just overuse?

spoke to physiotherapist for a few minutes. he said it could be truckers elbow. said layoff the pressing and anything causing pain till its better.

T3 will not help. It’s not muscle sparing- DNP even worse.
Clen won’t help either.
Even with gear, say if you DID use tren and winny your elbows going to dry out.

-modify your macros to mostly protien, moderate carbs moderate fats
-time your carbs so you have one meal with complex carbs in the morning, then most of the carbs closer to your workouts
-Time your rest periods in between sets to about 90 seconds...focusing on 8-12 reps and pre-exhaust with isolated movements before every workout
-do 30 mins LISS a day and/or 3 sessions of HIIT cardio (sledge hammer/tire work, heavy bag work 🥊, complexes, etc)
- maximize on sleep and rest cut out alcohol and obviously all non-prepped meals

so basically ....all obvious answers. Simple, no shortcuts.There’s no magic drug.

Ok - I gave you my opinion and you disagree and are going to do it anyway (dbol). If you want to lose weight while not working your upper body, I would diet accordingly and nothing else. No crazy crash diet but you may not like that answer either.
My main concern would be healing my injury so I could get back to doing what I wanted to do. Rehab, rest, possibly peptides, but most likely it will heal on its own. Modify workouts - if it hurts stop. Injuries suck and are part of this life.

Don’t fuckin do that.

I think *maybe* the Dbol Is ok but remember your cycle length and PCT (and that you obviously can’t keep using DBOL into your PCT). And that staying on the dbol would extend the cycle length.

The dbol would help make the elbow feel a bit more lubricated but it not going to give you something for nothing... if you crash diet the dbol might make you look full but when you stop and drop the water the dbol was giving you- you’re going to look smaller than when you started because of that crash diet. Your body needs the calories to maintain the muscle, to keep the intensity in lifting and HIIT- AND to help heal your elbow!

if the elbow pain / issue isn’t a serious tendon thing then you can get your hands on some bpc157 and Tb500 through CMS and maybe try that route. All in all, maintain a good supply of clean calories- stay off *heavy* pressing (light work, machines etc) and put in some hard work still

Drop the Dbol

keto & cardio is your best friend. DNP is one hell of a fat burner if you have used it before and know the risk.
If you haven’t touched DNP before stick to Clen 20mcg and taper up slowly.

Cardio & Keto !

stick to one thing if fat loss is the main priority get to that desired bf% / weight and than decide what your next goal is.
