And I was going to post and ask peoples thoughts on John Meadows and his methodology - and of course, always looking to bend that bar. I had great success 2 years ago with 12 weeks of GVT for chest. Shoulders and triceps on their own days were somewhat lackluster as one would expect

Also small technique that’s often forgot is breathing. Inhale on the way down, exhale on the way up. You’ll lift more when you have your breathing down

floor press is great. just annoying doing heavier weight at home right now

I don't bother with DB's on floor presses anymore...once they get heavy its way too hard to get them into position I find, but if you are lifting a bar off the rack its much easier.
just working with what i have for now until ontario allows the gyms to reopen then ill be there!
