This was the comment I was looking for. You're right he was actually implementing them, the article I posted listed non covid related compliance items that failed. Really general stuff actually. I dont trust ppl right out of the gate, I have many reasons. But just like you, I feel they have a hidden agenda. The more that comes to light the more dishonest this guy seems to be.
