LOl - I am too as I write this. I'm on round two of coffees after my nap. Damn I'm bored. I don't need reasons but there are so many studies showing the more coffee the drink the lower your chances of so many diseases which is damn great in books.Great news! I’m helping my kidneys right now as I type this.
So I’m curious what you guys think is a safe and healthy daily dosage of caffeine and when does it start to possibly be damaging for the cardiovascular System? 400mg daily? 600mg daily?
