2 cans tuna, 3 whole eggs, spoon of mayo, juice half a lemon and a big shot of hot sauce. Enough skim milk to make it blend. Easier to choke down than you think.

On a side note, that CBC article did more to promote CJM than anything I could ever hope for. Monsters were joining up at a torrid pace to the tune of nearly 15-20 new members per day! As the old adage goes -- "There's no such thing as bad publicity." :p

Jesus christ, i just puked a little.

I tried blending 2 cans of tuna, with tomato juice.... lets just say it turned into a paste, so fucking gross.

I am definitely a human experiment. I believe in trial and error. I always run bloods and see what works for me. I believe in bulk and cut, bulk and cut, repeat. This works for me and everyone is custom made so, what works for one guy may be detrimental to another. I use alot of different techniques and protocols. I log daily and track everything because my body constantly changes.
The “I wanna stay lean all year and just gain muscle” does not work for me. I notice that every time I bulk and cut, I get more an more muscle maturity. I live the lifestyle. I may be a 2% er! 🤙
