My doctor told me not to take aspirin because of the risks of bleeding in case of a car accident or even a domestic accident.

Did you know that aspirin is now studied because it could stop certain cancers?

Yes, I posted before about the massive decrease in cancer rates from 2 aspirin a week. Particularly bowel cancer if I recall correctly.
Further - some previously toxic drugs on the liver, that were pulled, are now being studied mixed with aspirin as it protects the liver through inflammation control. The reduction in cirrhosis and liver cancer for people taking aspirin is quite remarkable.

It was news to me @Jdave - at my age and the benefits of low dose aspirin far outweigh the chance if bleeding issues IMO. I will now take it at night with my Melatonin and adoptegen mix.

I found it helps- before Cialis I took 2 during particularly heavy or longer blasts. Really helped

@rhynoplanet - smart, almost a miracle drug IMO. Curcumin is amazing but I still take my aspirin. Studies show even a low dose daily reduces inflammation considerably.

I was tested for gout, an inflammation blood test and mine came back very low. So I have very little inflammation, maybe from the aspirin?

Was it a CRP Test? I always ask my doctor to check it as inflammation an cause so many issues. Yes, aspirin is my go to NSAID. It doesn’t work as well as IBUPROFEN but it has medicinal properties that make it my choice.

if you have don't have high platete counts and are taking 3-4 grams of epa/dha then i don't think aspirin is needed. get blood work and don't always assume.
