I've torn both of my biceps. My right was a third degree tear about 15 years ago (can't remember). My left was a 2nd degree tear about 5 years ago or so. Didn't have surgery on either (the one 15 years ago I was fat, only really see it when I leaned out). The 2nd degree I probably should have had surgery, but I was afraid of the downtime on my schedule. I actually tore it at the beginning of a game, had physio tape me up and finished the match, and then played a higher division match before getting it properly looked at....

No long term issues with either - strength is there, I can do chins just fine for example. If there's anything my right arm gets tired a bit before my left, but that's it.

Strange issues you are having. Maybe nerve damage? Maybe I was just lucky no nerves affected?

I wish I had more to suggest. I basically just rehabbed and moved on.
Nerve damage is definitely a component of this for sure. I’m glad yours didn’t cause you much trouble bro mine was fucked from the start I got a blood infection from the surgery. I’ve let it rest for a year and it’s doing a lot better so there’s hope.

Ugh man. WTH was he doing. You may have built up scar tissue or adhered muscle fibers that need released.
If you want some good material to watch check out Trevor at SmashWerks. He is brilliant. He has piles of content and it's all heated towards rehab/ prevention. There may be something useful for.you.
You could look into a tenz machine and a purcussion gun.
Definitely suggest getting qualified help tho.
the guy was a butcher brother he couldn’t help it. I will look into Trevor thanks for the suggestion! Trust me bro I’ve tried none of the medical professionals have pointed me anywhere useful.

One of my relatives tore his tendon completely and never got it reattached. He found the peptide helped with some of the pain but the dumbass didn't get reattached so it is weaker. I don't know anyone who would be in the same situation as you are but it is worth a shot. It either works very well or I find it doesn't and helps but takes much longer. I would still run it for a few months once a day to see if you see any improvement. It is a fairly benign peptide with some other benefits.
I had so many injuries I lost count but slowly I worked at one at a time until I was left with one that requires surgery. No peptide is going to fix my knee. It was a trial and error with dosages, compounds trying to find the magic fix. For some injuries I recovered quickly and others took a long time.
If you want to message me feel free to and I can tell you what I have tried and what worked best for me.
@Goldenrod I was still reading your post and was thinking in my head I wonder if he would mind if I message him lol. Thanks bro I’ll take you up on that!

Hey man, the function of the bicep is to supinate the forearms. If you're having issues with supination movements, then that bicep is definitely messed up. If it's been 4 months and you've torn it again twice, then I would seriously advise you you get some medical intervention. Have them run an ultrasound or MRI, and see if surgery is an option. Regardless of whether surgery is a yes or no, you're going to need a good psychotherapist to get you on a proper exercise regimen to get your arm back to normal.

HGH, BPC, TB500, etc are all great when it comes to speeding up recovery for an old-time nagging injury or to enhance and speed up recovery time once you're already on the right path. From the sound of things, this injury is definitely not going to improve significantly if you just leave things as and add in a bunch of compounds.
Hey bro good looking out and great advice I really appreciate where you are coming from. I’ve had about 6 specialists appointments none could figure it out. Because of the surgery my mri produces black spots so they don’t even know what’s going on in there. Also if they open me back up to check they said there was a good chance it will mess me up worse. I’ve gone to 4 different physio therapists. I pretty much left it alone for the better part of a year and it’s a lot better but there is something there still for sure.

Hey CJM,

I just wanted to give everyone an update. I grabbed BPC 157 and TB 500 from ncrp. I received my order within 2 business days and it came bubble wrapped with styrofoam padding. I took my first shots of BPC today and will start the TB on Monday. I’ve also been taking 2.5 iu’s of gh for about 3 weeks now.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone that reached out and shared their knowledge!

Hope it helps, my order just landed from the same company of TB and BPC. Right now they aren't for me, they are for one of my dogs. He doesn't need pain meds and continue to be as active as he wants with two shots a week. Without the peptides, guaranteed he will hurt his neck or back when he is doing protection work. I'm repeating myself but dogs don't know about placebo effect and it was how quickly BPC healed my dog that got my wife taking it for her shoulder injury.
I picked up 10 bottles of each so I will have it for me as well if I have an issue.
Make sure you put it in the fridge after you mix it with bac water.
