Will you be using anything to aid in terms of digestion?
Every morning like clockwork I take a product called HMF (human microflora) Super Powder which helps in balancing bacteria in the intestines and allows overall better gastrointestinal health. I combine this with a greens product, pure lemon juice, pure cranberry extract and fish oil.

Haha this is a good eye opener for those who think they eat a lot when in reality they’re just not.
I see one protein shake in this diet. The rest just solid food. And lots of it ;) I’ll be following this log Tuna. Beast mode

The ability to eat an enormous amount of food (and have it stored intracellularly..hopefully LOL) is no easy task while your attempting to maintain good digestive health at the same time. Ive always placed the most importance on food and I have found ways to push the boundaries in the past growing via anabolic pathways with a close attention to the whole nutrient partitioning aspect. Growth Hormone, insulin, and IGF - They are anabolic and all of them are strictly controlled through proper nutrition and timing...even though I’m not combining the whole family currently.


A little update: So far having prioritized my insulin use only on leg day and back day has been going the way I expected. The muscle fullness still lasts for days. In previous years I struggled with water retention (edema) growing too quickly because I was using slin every day. Even though it’s still relatively early in this little project I’m pleased with choosing the Humalin-R route.


As I mentioned in my first post I was tinkering with the idea of adding in some Follistatin. As I expected and remembered from before, the shots were extremely uncomfortable and served no purpose in the end.


On another note, tonight my wife and I celebrated our anniversary. Her parents took the kids overnight so we went to the Keg for dinner enjoyed a nice prime rib dinner then went skating at the outdoor rink by our house.

Great post Bigtuna, definitely don't recommend this for the everyday lifter but its a great window into what competitors really do! I'll be following your progress!

@Rwpc Now if you said why am I not using gh with slin this would be a great discussion because it’s a topic a lot of people are unfamiliar with and many interesting theories. But to answer your question yes.

That being said, I’m working with Matt Porter again and gh will be introduced down the road. He knows my body well and we have mapped out a plan for 2019

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to give an update and share what I’ve been doing the last few weeks. After much thought and getting the green light from the wife I’ve decided to make some moves towards getting back on stage again after a 7 year lay off. Not a whole lot has changed over those 7 years except not living and breathing bodybuilding and focussing more on living a healthier “normal” life style. If the next 8 weeks go well, I will start to consider a possible prep which will be for my 13th competition.

Before I start to get into details I want to emphasize to everyone I am a highly experienced AAS user with years of trial and error under my belt. I don’t condone the use of insulin (don’t ask me if you don’t already know you have no business knowing) or running the same doses of AAS I use. This is simply what works for me. I know the formula for extreme muscle growth for myself. I know what type of environment my body needs to be in to create muscle. If you are reading this and have no or minimal experience with AAS and think replicating what I’m doing is gonna turn you into a monster...it won’t you will get hurt.

So leading up to this....Since my last “blast” which ended in August, I have been on a TRT dose of testosterone with Ostarine, 2-6 iu pharm grade gh (which I’ve been using solely to help heal a shoulder injury), GHRH peptides. Over the holidays I utilized 1 day a week for high calorie day with a high dose of Lantus. The other days I used Metformin.

Phase 1 over the next 8 weeks is to grow slow and steady and see where I’m at and how I’m feeling. Currently 232lbs in the am. Diet will be 4800-5000 cals a day. Training will stay the same as it always has. I train heavy - failure. I incorporate cardio multiple days a week for heart health and enjoyment. I don’t like to spend hours in the gym and do as much as I need to to get the job done.

My plan:

2,000mg testosterone enanthate / week
1,000mg trenbolone enanthate / week
Humalin R am/pm (will not discuss protocol)


*****I may include some Follistatin at some point. I will inject this bilaterally into the muscles trained. I have enough to last me for a month. Last time I used Folli wasn’t the most pleasant experience as it knocked me out in the form of a body flu.

Nice and simple. I always like to use less compounds during a growth phase although I like to run the doses high. The food and insulin will do its job nicely together. I expect the first month or so to go very smooth until I hit that wall where food no longer tastes good and I’m only eating for purpose.

A few thoughts:

#1 I will not be using GH in this phase along side the insulin. However I am an advocate of using both GH and insulin together for the benefit of creating IGF 1. I’m opting out on GH for now due to the fact I’ve been running through a lot of pharm grade growth the last few months and id like to save it for the cutting phase down the road. Financially this makes the most sense to me for now. I find most generics are just a waste of time.

#2 A slow and steady plan this is why I prefer slower acting insulin. Lantus has always been my insulin of choice. This will be my first time using R. The onset of R will peak immediately, then again a couple of hours later. Doing this twice a day I will most certainly have enough coverage for my needs since I will be consuming frequent meals.

#3 I completely stay away from orals due the issues with digestion they give me.

#4 I prefer less frequent injections. I will divide the doses between 3 shots a week in a 5cc barrel

Absolutely. Without turning this into a guide to use insulin. I’ve covered this topic many times before in past threads so let’s discuss...

1. You can become insulin resistant using GH alone. This is why we add insulin.

2. when GH is around insulin will not work perfectly. So we figure out best method in using them together to create IGF-1.

Then we have to map out the best type of insulin to use for our goals and how much do we need to get the job done. Next how much GH ?

Going back to my first point, I don’t like the generics and pharm grade is costly. I’m not going to use 18iu of pharm alone without insulin. I will save pharm grade down the road for leaning out process and the type of insulin I am using may change or maybe I will use two types together....

I am using insulin 2 x a week on bigger body part days to shuttle nutrients into areas I am trying to bring up. On these days the diet is very different...fats are almost non existant...protein is high...Carbs are high on insulin days.

Phase 2

AAS cycle is now...

750mg Testosterone Enanathate per week
100mg Testosterone Acetate every day
400mg Masteron Enanthate per week
100mg Masteron Propionate every day
150mg Primobolan Enanthate every day
1mg Arimidex every day
9 iu GH serostim
100mcg CJC 1295 2 x day
200mcg Ipamorelin 2 x day
200mcg IGF-LR3 receptor quality per day injected bilaterally into muscles trained


INSULIN
Lantus
Humalin - R


Key points:

1. The next 4 weeks will consist of an advanced insulin protocol. Due to the nature of how dangerous the protocol is I will not be sharing any of the details so please don’t ask me questions

2. GH has been introduced. Ideally I would love to run this at 18iu per day but financially that’s not an option for me. I will exhaust my pharmgrade supply over the upcoming weeks

3. GH will be split up throughout the day

4. Various peptides have been introduced the most noteable IGF1LR3 centered around workouts

5. Dietary fats will be low/almost non existent while insulin is present

Diet will be as follows:

7:00 am wake up

7:30am

cardio (drink 2 scoops MPA pharm EAA)

Post cardio inject 200mg glutathione sub-q

8:00am

Meal 1

Drink 75g whey protein isolate, 2 scoops MPA pie fuel (30g carbs) 4 packets cream of wheat, 1/2 tbsp organic honey, 100g banana
Meal 2

8oz Snapper, 14 oz sweet potato, 1 tbsp organic honey, 43g raisins

12:30pm

Meal 3 : Repeat meal 2

3:00pm

Meal 4:

8oz lean ground turkey, 250g jasmine rice, 1 cup chopped pineapple

5:30pm pre workout/intra shake

100g vitargo, 500g egg whites, MPA pharmgrade EAA’s, 5 g creatine, 4 tbsp Gatorade

5:45pm workout

7:00pm leave gym

Drink post workout shake

75g whey protein isolate, 10g glutamine, 5g creatine, 50-75 g vitargo

7:30pm

Meal 5

8oz snapper, drink 1 cup egg whites with 2 scoops tangerine MPA Pharmgrade EAA, 2 cups jasmin rice, 1 cup chopped pineapple 1 cup mixed greens with broccoli sprouts apple cider vinegar

9:15pm

Meal 6

8oz snapper, 2 cups Jasmin rice, 1 cup chopped pineapple

Drink 20-30oz water add RLA-cronium piccolate cinnamon extract + dig enzymes

wow 2 grams test ??1 gram tren??18 iu gh how do deal with all the sides??I love the diet!!when I used slin humalog n gh got me that dam distended gut from it!I miss the slin days the pumps were unreal lol I take my gh shot first in morning half hour before gym take my slin shot maaannn talk about a fukin pump! now I dont do no shakes or creatine or gatorade since I dont use slin now! just solid food 24-7
