hi @WatchWho - I know you do cardio but have your ever tried a few 15 minutes walks after meals a day? Thinking of your HR. When my BP goes up or my HR, I try to increase my walks. I don't go for long ones - and my dogs love them. Its relaxing and for whatever reason always lowers my numbers after a week or two. I don't go fast, just enough to raise my HR a little.
