hi @WatchWho - I know you do cardio but have your ever tried a few 15 minutes walks after meals a day? Thinking of your HR. When my BP goes up or my HR, I try to increase my walks. I don't go for long ones - and my dogs love them. Its relaxing and for whatever reason always lowers my numbers after a week or two. I don't go fast, just enough to raise my HR a little.

120/60 HR 63 - short walk at 5:30 with my dog doing bite training with a sleeve (this is a workout having 125 lbs trying to pull your arm off and dragging you through fields), coffee and relaxed for 15 before taking my BP.

118/78 HR 67 taken about 10 minutes after waking up. Now its espresso and cardio time.
@Goldenrod I couldn't agree more on the short walks after meals. I normally have a 30 minute walk before 45 minutes of of cardio fasted in the am and then I try to get 2 or 3 short 15 minute walks after meals.
@WatchWho Stan Efferding has a good video about the benefits of 10 minute walks.

LOL - no stress, caffeine and nicotine and your numbers are great. That is an amazing improvement!

116/65 HR 57 - no walk this morning, increased my ubiquinol to 400 mg and black seed oil to 2000 mg per day when my BP went over 120 and it is slowly coming down.
Longevity and monitoring is hand in hand. I am a kid an I plan on doing this for life! Good on ya eh!
🤙💪
