What type of creatine do you prefer ?
Personally have always used HCL because of faster absorption.

Slightlay O/T but I’ve always been told that Creapure is the way to go for mono.
Creapure = German factory
Not Creapure = probably Chinese factory

I use creator’s HCL. I’ve never considered mono because it gets metabolized too quickly

This thread is a good reminder to recalibrate creatine intake.

Recently I’ve just been relying on my pre-workout mix for creatine, and now I think about it, I have nfi what the dose is... and I’ve been real slack about stacking it on rest days.

I agree.

I unfortunately have been trying to find some of my go to creatine and going with what @Old RhynoS said it’s next to impossible to find that’s not a arm and leg to buy. Probably just going to switch just haven’t had the time to research and go buy it. Personally I always took my creatine after work out, I feel I get a better recovery
