I can't believe I found this. What a blast from the past. All the bodybuilding days of the early 90's came rushing back.....

Believe it or not this book was the golden Book back then, I bought this book at Robert Kenndy’s Muscle Mag on Yonge St. Downtown Toronto. This was preInternet and this book was a wealth of information and knowledge.

That book is the experience and opinion of one person. This forum is loaded with that of many. Not knocking the book... just pointing out the obvious

This looks interesting. GHB seems to be a a very prevalent “supplement” in this area as well as my main gym
