Not exactly supper, but my go to meal I very often eat thats VERY easy to make and good for meal preps.
lb ground turkey
Brown rice/quinoa mix.
soy free soy sauce & sriracha
Basically fry everything up like a fried rice meal using the full pack/1lb of ground turkey which makes 2 very easy, high protein/carb meals.
So HALF of that is one meal lol.. not the whole thing in one sitting.
I remember about 20 years ago when I first started using steroids myself and two other friends would frequent a greek joint during their all you can eat lunch buffet.....the amount of souvlaki, rice, potatoes and greek salad we would eat was embarrassing. So for a semi clean bodybuilding feast/supper that would be my pick.
