What's your take on high GI carbs upon waking and post work out to gain mass? From what I understand taking advantage of natty insulin ? I suppose you would want fast digesting proteins and low carbs consumed with this as well?
I mean you want high GI index carb first to get the insulin flowing and if your goal is mass, protein along with a lower GI index carb, example a shake with whey and oats. Or would the slow degestiveness of the oats defeat the purpose of getting the proteins in the blood stream faster, or am I talking out my ass !? Lol
