I’ve been taking testosterone for about 3 years now. I’m 25. I’ve only ever gotten my blood work tested twice. This most recent one showed extremely high estrogen so I started taking arimidex. My dose fluctuates between 250mg and 500mg.

Im concerned that arimidex will not actually lower my estrogen. If I understand it correctly, it’s a SERM, meaning it doesn’teffect total testosterone, just stops it from binding to breast tissue, (among some other tissues). I’ve been taking 1mg per week and noticed an initiate massive loss in bloat, 4lb of water, also some strength loss.

I’m considering using a different compound for my next blast because I bloat so drastically with test

First - welcome.
Second - be sure to read the rules.
third - that’s a fair amount of test to be on, for 3 years?!!! TrT is one thing, but that’s kind of over the top.
I would say the best thing to do would probably be lower your dose! You’ll bloat less, convert less, etc etc

Yup. There was a time I was on 125mg for about six months and felt great but the next batch of gear I got I felt was severely underdosed so I increased my dosage. I’ve been using Teragon labs.

Like they said those dosages are not TRT. You can't just assume what you are on is under dosed you should be getting labs to see where your levels are. Even with properly dosed products one person can clear it out faster and require higher dosed options that someone else. Also, Arimidex is not a SERM it is an aromatase inhibitor. Products like nolvadex and clomid are SERMs.

I will also add, if you are doing TRT as in long term, you should avoid using a SERM or aromatase inhibitor if possible which it generally is.

Arimidex is not a SERM, it Is a powerful anti estrogen belonging to the AI (aromitase inhibitor) and stops the estrogen. You are describing a product like Nolvadex.
What is super high - actual T and E numbers?
Yes arimidex lowers you estrogen and quickly. Did you get the arimidex from a doctor or a lab? If a reputable lab you probably have arimidex.

Arimidex will make you loose water weight / bloat so that is to be expected.

My suggestion is to go to the section made specifically for PCT and start reading. Nothing but blood tests can tell you if your estrogen, testosterone, or prolactin is going down.
By the sounds of it, it is but that is just a guess.

Welcome to the farm.
I take it you have been guessing your dosages? How much test? A trt dose? For how long at a time? Who told you the doses for the ai? I probably wouldn't be concerned with your next blast until you get your hormones straight.

The trick with TRT is finding the right dose that has minimal side effects without the use of an ai or serm. You need to get consistent blood work to find out whats the right amount for you.

most people doing a true trt dose of 75 to 200mg a week don't require any aid to help with estrogen as they body can handle that much as its a replacement. if your taking 500mg i would get on 0.5mg arimidex eod. if will absolutley lower estrogen. so will lowering body fat.
