Eat your cruciferous vegetable - Indole-3-Carbinol, also known as I3C, is found in cruciferous vegetables such as collards, mustard greens, turnips, cabbage, broccoli, kale, cabbage, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts.
Studies are showing a reduction in certain rates that may be hormone related - few attached:

I’m a little lazy with veggies sometimes so when I don’t feel like steaming the aforementioned - we buy large bags of fresh Brussels sprouts and eat them raw.

i eat a heap of cruciferous almost every day. i throw them into my electric pressure cooker on high, 1 min. strain water then season and fry in butter. i think people would be more into veggies if they stopped torturing themselves just eating them so plainly
