Welcome aboard!
Be sure to read the rules, it keeps the admins happy.

You won’t like this but the BIGGEST and most IMPORTANT part of your transformation will be to dail in in your diet and maintain it consistently.
It is THE MOST important thing, I would say even more than your workout program!

Also be sure to give us more specific details about you so that the knowledgeable community here can help you!

What does your diet look like?
Exact macro breakdown.
And if you can’t tell me- that’s where you need to start. (To dial in the diet I mean)
But also to help us help you we need more specific information.

also- if you have been in a deficit for a long time. Your metabolism may have stalled. Our bodies are EXTREMELY good at adapting.
I would suggest going on a two week reset.
Don’t go completely crazy- but start eating more fat and carbs. Kick start your metabolism again.
Then get back to a more restricted diet.
Drop your cardio to half the amount of time.
And increase your weight training. Put more weight and do fewer reps- you’ll have to push yourself but you’ll then be able to break through your barrier.

Welcome to the family!
In regard to your diet I agree with the above, just remember calories are king so in a deficit up your protein intake to help maintain muscle, and keep your nutrition as clean as possible, whole foods only. Personally when in a deficit I up my protein to 1.5g per day and allocate 20% of the remainder to fat and then fill in the rest with carbs. This works well for me anyways. Cardio three times a week.
