Congrats lady! I wish I saw this sooner. I had mine done too as I lost my natural set as my bf% was so low and of course aas assisted in my boobs disappearing lol

I was going to suggest a proven method to getting an idea of what size and profile you'd be ok with... with good old rice and pantyhose trick. It's just about 100% indication you can show yourself what sizes and shapes work.

I don't think the boys are aware, as I noticed many commenting they look natural... you can actually pick a shape of your implant to be a natural look with a tear drop or go for more "porn star" fuller look... it's all preference.

And you will notice as the swelling goes down and they settle, they will look best at 1 year... glad you're happy and congrats on the new twins!

I got round smooth silicone on purpose. I didn't want textured. My surgeon actually specializes in smooth round so I was more than happy with that!

Haha yes... your love just begins! Lol... don't be surprised if you catch yourself looking and thinking. ..Dam, they look good...and even better than last week.

Yea the rice trick needs to be very compacted in the pantyhose. So for those wondering, cut the foot off pantyhose, fill it with the desired amount of rice. Squeeze it well so it feels like a hard ball then tie it...mold into pancake for regular profile or teardrop for natural or ball for high and ultra high and so on... 500cc is 2 cups of rice... just think gear... lol 325cc =325mls

Yea, finding the right surgeon is key. Mine was great too! I also went to 7 different consultations to ensure I found the one. I went with the ultra high profile which is great for small frames but also present themself nicely without a bra... lol. Mine are much larger though as I wanted more of the "porn star" look. They are also silicone. But what a lot of people dont realize is that fakies "sit" differently than natural... also, depending on your chest itself, you need to try on the sizers or rice boobies aligned with your nipple as that's the position they will be at... it's not the surgeon that will decide where they should be... that's why you see some ladies with wider gaps in between and others are perfectly aligned in the middle with no gaps... they will always be perky and fill the bra differently.... I love them. Greatest thing I could do for myself.

Even if you fluctuate in weight and bf% they adjust with your own breast tissue so they always will look awesome! You got a great deal on yours too. Mine costed me just over $9800... so for those looking and researching for themselves or guys for their wives... look for experience and their specialization... for one, if the surgeon sent his own wife to a different surgeon, stop him right there and go to that one as he clearly wasn't comfortable with doing his wives since they want the ones at home perfect. Lol

Implants

I personally have gone through a breast augmentation I was pretty young when I did it.

I went from a small C to about a DD now keep in mind I also have a large body frame so I think the size fits my body.

My implants are placed under my muscle which in my mind I believe creates a more natural look compared to over top makes for more of a “ball” look. But it’s all personal preference what style you prefer.

It took a while for me to recover and feel comfortable getting back into the gym I recommend extending your recovery time to be safe. You’re going to take longer recovering if you get hurt.

Also you need someone to help you at home I tore my stitches just trying to get up out of bed I didn’t have help with recovery at home.

Now I’m not sure what the process was like for implants above the muscle but I found lifting afterwards challenging I had a few times where I’d do certain movements or lift heavy and my chest would hurt really bad, so for years I stopped training my chest. But in the past 7 months I started training chest again and I haven’t had any problems except for when I do dips for whatever reason that exercise just makes my chest not feel right.

But I think the most important questions to ask yourself is

Why are you getting implants? Is it for you or to make someone else happy?

How is your self confidence? Do you think getting implants will fix that?


And most import what is wrong with your boobs now? Why change them?

My implants without a doubt complete me they don’t feel like an object insert into my body they feel like mine, I wouldn’t change anything about having them done in fact I’m happy I did it. They make me feel sexy which I can understand coming from a woman with an athletic body sometimes we don’t feel very womanly which I can understand how implants can change that.

If you understand that it’s just an enhancement and aren’t using implants as a band aid for personal issues then by all means go for it girl I totally encourage it.

Just please understand that it’s a constant upkeep you will be getting another surgery at some point in your life and the process isn’t fun, it’s painful, I felt like an elephant stepped on my chest after surgery. Also understand the complications that you could face if something goes wrong with your surgery, it’s not 100% guaranteed that surgery will be successful and are you willing to fix it? Do you have the fiances to fix any complications if something was to happen?

Also I recommend going to visit a few doctors reading their reviews do all your research and don’t ever go for the best bargain price, this is your body don’t ever discount anything when it comes to your body.

Hey BuffBunny, not sure if that is directed to the OP (me) or just other lovely ladies doing research, but I am now 3 months post op!

Everything you have said I stand by 100% so it is great advice for anyone looking into a BA. I did about a year and a half of solid researching every single day, and at that point I knew it was something I was prepare for. It's important to know what you are getting into prior to doing it!

Currently

I am now 4.5 months post op fgor my breast augmentation and I just wanted to post a photo of where I am at currently.

The boobs are perfect for my thin frame, they pop when I am in a swim suit so I am definitely loving that! I talked with my surgeon and he said that I could go bigger later on, after children if I wanted to, however he thinks this is the best size for me. I love my doc.

I am sitting at about 132lbs (I haven't dropped below 128lbs since I did my bulk cycle in winter 2014 - so that's awesome) I am overall really glad that I have been able to hold onto the weight, it was a concern of mine when I first hopped onto the var.

I really, really believe that if I hadn't of done that cycle I never would have been able to put on the weight. 15lbs is a lot for a thin lady with a crazy fast metabolism, so although many of you don't fully agree with doing AAS unless you're competing, I am really thankful for those of you who supported my decision and helped me get to being more comfortable in myself and my body, you're the best!

I just found a cool new leg building routine so I am going to hit that up a bit and then probably hop back onto a var cycle within a couple weeks. I have been bouncing back and forth with the idea of getting a proper coach, potentially competing in bikini, but as of right now I am just chilling and getting my body to where I want it to be

Giant set (3):
Leg Curl 6RM
Romanian Deadlift 6RM
Glute Ham-Raise (holy damn is this hard) 6 reps

Superset (3):
Sissy Squat - body weight 15 reps
Leg Extensions 30RM

and then I throw on my typical glute stuff that I will do every legs day:

Side steps with tension band

Abductor machine giant set:
Sitting down (145lbs) 8 reps
Standing up but facing fowards (190lbs) 6 reps
Standing up facing the seat (250lbs) 12 reps

Good Mornings 3x6reps

Glute Bridges 4x12 hold at the top of last rep for 30 sec

Cable kick backs

Some doctors sloppily insert implants and there is an ugly scar under the boobs and then women submit into court to the doctor. The main thing is to choose a good specialist. As for the size, it is clear that the fourth size is cooler than the third. But making your boobs too big is dangerous. It's just when my wife did enlarge of her boobs, I wanted more, but the doctor said it could be dangerous for her health, If anything we performed the operation with these doctors
