That’s why I recommended what I recommended. I remember years ago, first training I drank 4 litres of milk every 2 days. I was natural back then and young. See I was never a big eater, but could drink. Well I blew up, 30 lbs in a year. Did get a bit fatter as well.Yeah I’m looking to up my cal intake, so I’m thinking of trying out a mass gainer the only problem is they have so m in sugar in them.
If I really need a meal replacement I’ll do whey, ground oats and either olive oil, avocado oil or Peanut butterMix 2% milk with your protein powder. Use probiotics Ed as well and you won’t fart the house clean. It’s great way to increase calories without the crappy maxi waze, or dextrose, maltodextrin shit that your body burns up as fast as sugar.
Also adding in oil to your protein shake is great as well. Coconut oil, mct oil (mct oil burns fast as well, but doesn’t spike your insulin), olive oil. Add 1 tablespoon per 250 ml.
A better shake would be powder and oats, but since I can’t eat oats because of my guts, I use the above.
