Did you start out at 20 or 30, or jump right to 40 because its only 4 weeks?
40 out the gate!! 10mg w each solid meal. Using it mainly as a partitioning agent vs. pwo type use. I also find the sides are less and no GI or appetite problems . Sorry so long to answer. 🙏

Thanks methodair, I hope to update you with more attachments. I shit you not, I still have not received my matador Dip attachment or Adjustable Dumbbells!! 😌. Of course I make do. I am finally to the point of buying 20” Olympic Barbell Handles and just getting a ton of 10lb Olympic plates and that is a task in itself. The way I train now: mostly alone; ever changing styles, rep ranges, changing out plates/moving positions such as overhead tricep extensions, etc. it is just cannot see how I am going to do it. With supersets, having it in a indoor room; I am not going to drop iron on my floor and damage my flat. It isn’t gonna happen. I finally have a few leads on getting dumbbell bumper sets; but they are in China and I do not trust the quality. Rogue is the only place and they have been “ OUT OF STOCK” since mid-late March. Be very careful monsters! There are sites so many sites that are complete scams, not that anyone isn’t sharp; but even on Amazon, Walmart, Google are comprised. I won’t say the sites as it would look like I am bashing or have an agenda{which the guys who know me here clearly know I have zero reason except learning and helping}. Here is my small tips before buying any equipment:
1. If the price is low...it is a scam!
2. If you have never heard of the Company, Beware!
3. If they do not have a local province/state address and phone number that corresponds with the actual site. DO NOT BUY!
4. Type in the name of their website and add “ reviews” after their name. Almost always you will see if it is g2g or a scam site.
5. Check the IP address or website on whois.com and see how old the address is and any information. Trust pilot is also a resource but; Reddit, Quora, forums like ours, and other watchdog sites will show if it is a good, trustworthy website.

I hate hearing and seeing scammers/thieves taking my friends hard earned money, killing their hopes of getting what they want. I thought the AAS/Supp business was hard; this is a whole other ballgame. People are losing thousands of dollars every day. The sites look legit, even have local phone numbers, they also have messengers/chat live(red flag!!). Do not be fooled. I personally have not been scammed but some very nice people are....😢. Miss you guys! I will be more active. Had a lot go on with this C-19 pandemic; work, travel and it has taken a bit of a toll. Nothing I will not Smash with a Sledge Hammer!! Lol 😁💪💪🤙

So I have started a new Run and it is going well. I am 221 in first pic , 225 in second . Training 6 days weekly but three major compound lift days. I am still growing well and after 9+ months of low TRT w Gh. I started a blast! Sorry gone for a minute, missed everyone.
Max Cyborg Blast:
5mg Cialis ED
25mcg T4 (was T3 but switched)
3iu GH twice daily post workout/bedtime
25mg Proviron twice daily
Caber/Adex/Nolvadex as needed(have not used)
All done split into 3x weekly :

Well everything is going good, very busy with travel/work this week and next but; all my workouts and meals are in line. It is crazy how most of the US is uninhabited. When you drive across it; you really take notice that most of the land is just empty. A lot of us are used to a few feet between properties while others have Acre after acre. I enjoy both the city and the country and the mountains so it is quite a nice change. I can say that I will never be a part of a HOA! Lol. Telling you how to cut your grass and what plants you can grow! F*** That, pardon my French! This run is quite awesome and I have just begun. GD body hair is outta control ! Glad to have a good tool for that !!
I will be adding a gh booster product into my regimen and see how my numbers do. I am always wanting to producing endogenous growth hormone along with any exogenous HRT or blast. I have found I can hold a lot of my gains with nutritional supps and a good load of prepping all my food. I just started to introduce more seafood and love it. After eating beef and chicken; adding fish and shellfish is great! Apparently the smaller, the better(less mercury). Nothing beats Northern Pacific Canadian/AK and NZ seafood IMO, besides catching them myself fresh or saltwater trout is da best! I love a good brown or rainbow trout or Steelhead or Arctic Char done the right way on hardwood coals!
Remember, Reach at Least One Goal Daily!!

Indeed she does! 👏 Hips are wild! I am using the gelatin as it is the cheapest collagen protein, basically adding it to my morning smoothie. Helps w joints, hair, skin, nails. So: I take it for joint health pretty much. I have for over 2 year now. No flavor, just plain

I bought gelatin for the same reason but then a pharmacist laughed at me when I asked if it was the same or similar to collagen. I only read it on an article that it was the same thing. I got to look back into it again.

Started to make egg cups with all kinds of ingredients! I can make like 36 at a time and freeze em or refrigerate them. They are delicious and a nice addition to my Max Burritos/Bowls in ziploc. It it my Fast Food go-to 👍👌

Finally got some adjustable dumbbells! They are pretty Rad ! Definitely would love the 175lb Powerblocks but , these will do! They go to 37.5kilos so, able to do more than just barbell/body work. Especially adding bands to them. Waiting on the Black Widow w Spud Inc Upper/Lower Pulley system for cable work! Super excited! It is coming together

The stuff is permanently part of my joint regimen. Plus having my hair and skin help is a plus+😁

How do you like the flooring you're using for your gym? I have been having a hard time finding good flooring the right size but did come across what you have and was wondering.

3/4 inch gym mats come in packs of six- the room is only 134x134in (a bit over 10 x10) so I had to be very strategic in placement of each piece of equipment. The mats definitely hold well and stand up to a good pounding but, I basically had to buy all bumpers(expensive), to make sure not to damage the floor. I am removing the ceiling fan when I get home and installing a flush blower for my A/C. The treadmill breaks down in 30 seconds and I can leave it under the bed in the other room making more space. It is great . Looking Forward to more improvements, mirrors and some wall art 🖼.

Oh are they soft? The ones I saw with diamond plate were hard. I was worried about ones thicker than half an inch because of bouncing while doing squats.

They are sturdy but, not like metal. They do not move at all while squatting. One thing you can do is get a base board to put under if you need it. I definitely am not throwing or dropping weights . I lift pretty controlled...until I fail every now and then. I rarely EVER do 1RM

Thanks 🙏! I am growing well! Yeah, I am headed to 235 and then drop some water and any extra fat. It should go well. I did a gh/three peptide experiment while Covid was going and got some great personal gains while on low TRT . I will share soon. It definitely helped during that time
