8 weeks is my plan. I will drop back to my Aveed(undecanoate)/Gh HRT program after that. I have been considering trying a YK11/LGD3033 4-6 week cycle....but, we shall see. Always like to get in and out with any tren run. I don’t “Blast” that much and rely on my HRT program w little additions. Experimentation w peptides/ghrh/ghrp/sarms are something I am looking at. The last gh/semorelin forte plus experiment went really well, it most definitely showed me that I do not need to take high mg blasts; but it was pretty expensive. The use of a really good diet after 7+ years under the belt have been key. Avoiding injuries, lifting smart has been a blessing. I have only had two, six week(down time) injuries and it was heartbreaking. One was from Rugby and the other was a Deadlift(low back pull) which taught me to keep my mind/muscle connection present at all times!! 👌. How have you been? Still having the duck eggs? Any new supplement additions? I have spread the word on Black Seed oil! I didn’t notice how much it did until I ran out for 3 days, OMG. Anyone with pain or bad DOMS, joints. They definitely need to try it out. I switched to softgels vs the drink but found a decent brand that was inexpensive: Horbaach

Started to make egg cups with all kinds of ingredients! I can make like 36 at a time and freeze em or refrigerate them. They are delicious and a nice addition to my Max Burritos/Bowls in ziploc. It it my Fast Food go-to 👍👌

I started taking injectable curcumin. INNO has a product called curcu-ject. It is 100 mg/ml so I take 1 ML EOD. Curcumin is a powerful product but the body doesn't absorb it well orally although so many brands claim to have the most bioavailable. The only study I have read is Natural Factor's on their theracurimin which I have used but is not remotely close to as good for INNO's injectable for general aches and pains and DOMS.
I still rotate Nigella Sativa - take it for a month and then stop. Started licorice root extract too in a relatively small dose for its lung and liver benefits. I have asthma and would like to stop the inhaler but I am watching my BP as strong concentrated licorice root can spike your BP.

Sorry, yes still eating duck eggs twice a week at least. I love them. As for supplements I am also taking copper peptide, I mix 12.5 mg in with the curcu-ject and take it EOD. Using INNO's and it can have a bite when you first start. After a couple shots, it doesn't hurt at all (hmm - that sounded wrong lol).

Cool. I appreciate it GR. I got the J&J Covid shot so I have been ill since Monday but, some days it goes away, fever; joint pain , vision issues. Was able to train everyday except the first two

I use this as my base recipe for the hashbrown/eggs meat/veg cups : Don’t spray cupcake papers. I freeze them in freezer ziplock bags (2per bag), then out about 10 in larger zipper slide lock bags. You can re-heat by removing paper(it comes right off) and microwave 5-6min @ 60% power or put on baking sheet @325deg for 35min.
I prep all my vegetables and cook my my meats
So everything is tasty first . You can use whatever ingredients you like. I have very lean meats inside of mine . If doing the regular eggs, egg white, or combination of egg cups sans the hash browns , you just mix up your eggs /veg/cheeses meats and pour into cupcake papers and bake @ 350def for 15min.
Tip. I refrigerate what I will eat for 5 days and freeze the rest. They are delicious even months after freezing . I use Simply Hashbrowns®️ as they are never frozen and Easy. I cook the hashbrowns a little longer than the recipe.
Depending on my diet: I eat the hash brown cups
Or just egg/veg/meat/cheese. If vegetarian: Florentine style is good . Like I said , customize to your liking and diet. Hope that helps

Thanks Max! I'll give this a go on the weekend. I think I'll go spinach and onion to start. I'm crazy about eggs and I love anything I can batch cook and freeze for convenience, so these are right up my alley.

Here are my supps/training
Daily supplements: 2g circumin w Bioperine, [New World Nutritionals : LIVER SCRUB GALLBLADDER RINSE 15g per serving ~ 3g of MIC(3g each component methionine-inositol-choline, 3g Betaine anhydrous{tmg}, 300mg Tudca], 1 tbsp Knox getatin, 3g MSM, 800mg SAMe, 100mg r-ala, Niacin, 3g hemp/mix oil, black seed oil gels, slin supp{custom}, 200mg P5P, Toniq Ashwagahnda extract, Toniq Elixir(Trans-Resveratrol/NMN), NAD, BetaTor®️6g weight training days: 3g Off Days{1g 3x a day}Creapure®️5g post training ED, YOLKED®️ 3g packet post workout additive to my Whey Isolate/creatine/Betator/SR Carnosyn®️, and my carb choice depends on need at the time! I use HBCD’s(highly-branched cyclic dextrin): Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Waxy Maize, Sweet Potato Powder, Oat Powder(all different ratios) directly after my workout(within 30minutes) very impotant!!





ALL EXERCISES: 4 SETS, REPS- 5-8, rest time 30 second max between sets, rest between exercises 1-2min rest max. Thursday- OFF
This is my cardio schedule for this week •7 Weeks Out 40 minutes on non-workout days and 25 minutes on workout days(post weights or AM Fasted). Just some details I forgot to mention. My cardio is 7 days a week and increases by 5-10min each week.

Had a good day, early stress about surgery visit. All went well, looks like I can keep my hand, lol. Traps were bothering me but once I warmed up, all the pain went away. It may have just been cortisol/hormones from doc visit, I am around them all the time but not as a patient! So I get all nervous, they already look at me with the Natty not Natty look. Lmao. Training is good, Sdrol has been working in fine and I dig taking pwo and bedtime; on tren so It hasn’t disrupted my sleep anymore than normal. I do however want to inject gh at night(always get that deep sleep, even if just for four hours!) but that is not part of this plan. Kick ass ! Made it through the hump. Just my past “real” experiences with TRT/HRT:
Information only and not intended as advice of any kind ! Please consult a physician before using any new supplement, drug, or exercise program:

MAXS HRT/TRT PAST EXPERIENCES AND EXPERIMENTS:

Btw, my Yearound HRT is : (for well over 15 months and I like it over every other past HRT protocol I have done.

Max HRT Plus+ :

75mg Test undecanoate weekly (750mg every 10 weeks Aveed or substitute UG test U

12.5 mg Provi 2x daily

2iu pharma or 3-4iu of Gh/UG Brand or generic

50-100mg Deca weekly(one inj).



This ⬆️ HRT took me 6 years to finally find what kept my gains, kept me feeling good, and easy to keep all my levels within range for my physician. I do get prescribed therapeutic blood draws every 6-8 wks, I would donate but they disallow donation due to use of recombinant hgh. Due to low/no production of testosterone, my past TRT/HRT was :



First prescription -

200mg Test Cypionate weekly, .25mg adex EOD

Hcg (when I requested or physician noticed atrophy). Pfizer/Upjohn, Paddock, Westward, et in cottonseed oil. I Played with dosages ranging from 200mg down to 100mg during that time. I wanted to try Enanthate. So after years, I switched to 😞said I was getting too much scar tissue due to thickness of oil, also mentioned it was causing me to miss injections because of irritation(23 g 1.5” or 1”; insurance always wants reasons) so basically said I was getting allergies and thought it may be the oil and gauge of needle). Then..



Second prescription: 200mg testosterone Enanthate every 14 days, same anastrozole hcg(didn’t use AI , HCG was used randomly for atrophy. I would inject 100mg every 7 days, but prescription was not written that way. It was Westward generic in sesame oil. A bit thinner and would draw w an 18g needle, inject with 25g 1.5” or 1” depending on muscle site. I rotated glutes- 1.5”, delts 1”, upper outer quad 1”, VG 1” bilaterally = 8 sites to help with preventing scar tissue. I enjoyed this TRT a lot better and like 100mg Enanthate weekly over the 200mg weekly of Cypionate. Less sides, felt better, was a lot more comfortable for me.



{Max would use UG Peds for blasts the whole time and would experiment using SLIN pins(back loading, also using 5ml, 3ml, 1ml syringes w/ luer lock and slip tips ranging from 22g-29g 1” 1.25” 1.5” for oils from before TRT until present. Also did pectoral, lat, and trap injections.}



Third to Eight Prescriptions given : (8th and current) Aveed®️750mg/3ml vial every 10 weeks after the first 2 initial monthly injections. They are done, in-Office each time by nurse and I had to be accepted into the REMS program(look it up if u want) too much to write. I basically had to fail almost every other form of testosterone(besides implanted pellets* because, I straight out said Heck No!!). I have been given Androgel®️, Androderm®️, Testred(oral methyl testosterone) which they gave me 360 10mg red ICN capsules for 90 days (10mg 3x daily, Axiron (under arm) free trial. I complained about sides on all of them or I said it was not good because of irritation to “I may endager an infant or child babysitting. So I was finally was approved for Aveed®️.



That is just a little background about TRT and HRT programs. I was with my covered family MD, PCP . When I switched to a local Anti-Aging Cosmetic Surgery & Spa , that is when I started getting my first prescribed GH, Peptide and Peptide blends like(semorelin forte plus), even SARMS. It took forever and was obviously doing blasts on the side, experimenting. So , it wasn’t like a doctor had it all lined up and showed me. I had to do all my own trialing of different combinations. Provi was something they didn’t prescribe in this US clinic, so found elsewhere.

I rotated glutes- 1.5”, delts 1”, upper outer quad 1”, VG 1” bilaterally = 8 sites to help with preventing scar tissue. I enjoyed this TRT a lot better and like 100mg Enanthate weekly over the 200mg weekly of Cypionate. Less sides, felt better, was a lot more comfortable for me.



{Max would use UG Peds for blasts the whole time and would experiment using SLIN pins(back loading, also using 5ml, 3ml, 1ml syringes w/ luer lock and slip tips ranging from 22g-29g 1” 1.25” 1.5” for oils from before TRT until present. Also did pectoral, lat, and trap injections.}



Third to Eight Prescriptions given : (8th and current) Aveed®️750mg/3ml vial every 10 weeks after the first 2 initial monthly injections. They are done, in-Office each time by nurse and I had to be accepted into the REMS program(look it up if u want) too much to write. I basically had to fail almost every other form of testosterone(besides implanted pellets* because, I straight out said Heck No!!). I have been given Androgel®️, Androderm®️, Testred(oral methyl testosterone) which they gave me 360 10mg red ICN capsules for 90 days (10mg 3x daily, Axiron (under arm) free trial. I complained about sides on all of them or I said it was not good because of irritation to “I may endager an infant or child babysitting. So I was finally was approved for Aveed®️.



That is just a little background about TRT and HRT programs. I was with my covered family MD, PCP . When I switched to a local Anti-Aging Cosmetic Surgery & Spa , that is when I started getting my first prescribed GH, Peptide and Peptide blends like(semorelin forte plus), even SARMS. It took forever and was obviously doing blasts on the side, experimenting. So , it wasn’t like a doctor had it all lined up and showed me. I had to do all my own trialing of different combinations. Provi was something they didn’t prescribe in this US clinic, so found elsewhere.

Hey @maxmuscle1 - your TRT is much the same as mine except for Primo instead of deca. I tried taking Proviron for short periods too but I never stick with it. My main use for Proviron is for sensitive nipples. It stops it in a day or two at 25mg/day.
Where the heck did you get the plates with your name / design on them? Regardless, looking like your making progress!

I train/coach people online for weight loss, competition(bikini-bodybuilding) and a very cool client that just happen to be a steel fabricator made them for me! I was very thankful to say the least ! On forums, I do it totally free if I have time. This person had really good results on his 8 week recomp before going to Mexico for vacation (54yrs old). Now, he is on a full HRT program and his wife hires a IFBB Pro Female BB to train her. Good things happen when you truly try and help or donate your own time. People can tell when you are sincere. I save all of my 37 programs that I have done from 4 weeks -12weeks(and beyond). Such a kicks Ass Gift! 26” Deadlifting Wagon Wheels!

Yeah, my Papa and two other ex BB’s in area that I have known since childhood @ at Athletics Center. They did this for HRT, one was 67, another 58, and the last one is 47.
Keep in mind: The two older ones have done this nonstop for 20-30 years and they are bald but they are old and their bloodwork is better than most 20year olds. I notice how much harder you have to train for very small results but, it is a passion and the 1-1.5hrs a day are sooo worth looking like they do! ** They are different ages so; two of them blast still, the 67+ year old never cycles, he adjusts according to his own feeling and of course bloodwork,bp/hr . They do take medications(I don’t know all of their health issues besides my papa and he uses no pills besides his supplements. The other two use statins/aspirin/and a calcium channel blocker or beta blocker. I only know their enhanced HRT

They all go to same clinic: (Approx)
Test E (between 100-140mg Test E) weekly
Primobolan 300-
Proviron(mesterolone)25mg split dose daily
Pharma GH- 2iu daily (they all use differently)
They use no AI/SERM.

They would get from Overseas because primo and Provi are not used in USA. The older gentleman said they would get in bulk and were able to get for a few $$ per amp; but after the Bayer-Schering : Primobolan/Rimobolan came back 2 times (Over 250 amps) , once had 52mg Test p. , the other had no active ingredient! So they stopped the primo, found a clinic and 2 switched to Deca because they could have Everything prescribed.
The older one found a good pharmacy while visiting Turkey/Germany(he has a house there).
So, he continues his 400mg of Primo. He seriously has a better build than a lot of the guys my age and is single(Wife passed). He taught me a lot(along w my papa). Simply loves the primo! I have to say; I definitely know that 10year expired ampoules still worked (he misplaced in a shoe box! Lol

This is my cardio schedule for this week

40 minutes on non-workout days and 25 minutes on workout days(post weights or AM fasted). My cardio is 7 days a week and increases by 5-10min each week.



Had a serious training session, needed to get a few extra hours of sleep! I also started using a wet steam sauna and jacuzzi tub. OMG, what a help(at least for me). I like Epsom Salts Baths but, rarely get to do them as I am a total shower guy. Have definitely watched my costs go up on everything it seems. The energy companies seem to like to double the electric bill! Bastages! Lol. All is well, I will post up some pics soon, I have been able to drop bf% quite well but,Am holding water (on purpose) as I don’t want to lose too much muscular size. Time to eat ! Omg! Super busy ED now! Everyone in my life has some change or new thing happening so, I have to pay attention to everyone besides myself(at least that is how I think). Had some really positive things happen (could be luck, but I doubt it). Have a good HUMP DAY!! Btw- Camels stink, Egypt was scary! Lol. A guy really tried to buy my female cousin ! Lmao!
