Daily supplements: 2g circumin w Bioperine, [New World Nutritionals : LIVER SCRUB GALLBLADDER RINSE 15g per serving ~ 3g of MIC(3g each component methionine-inositol-choline, 3g Betaine anhydrous{tmg}, 300mg Tudca], 1 tbsp Knox getatin, 3g MSM, 800mg SAMe, 100mg r-ala, Niacin, 3g hemp/mix oil, black seed oil gels, slin supp{custom}, 200mg P5P, Toniq Ashwagahnda extract, Toniq Elixir(Trans-Resveratrol/NMN), NAD, BetaTor®️6g weight training days: 3g Off Days{1g 3x a day}Creapure®️5g post training ED, YOLKED®️ 3g packet post workout additive to my Whey Isolate/creatine/Betator/SR Carnosyn®️, and my carb choice depends on need at the time! I use HBCD’s(highly-branched cyclic dextrin): Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Waxy Maize, Sweet Potato Powder, Oat Powder(all different ratios) directly after my workout(within 30minutes) very impotant!!





ALL EXERCISES: 4 SETS, REPS- 5-8, rest time 30 second max between sets, rest between exercises 1-2min rest max. Tempo: Strict, Controlled, No Momentum Reps using Mind/Muscle Connection Targeting Exact Muscle being worked. I will dictate my cardio as I go. This 3on,1off, 3on,1,off schedule is intense and I will be doing cardio separately at home 7 days weekly. Intensity/type : TBD daily



Wednesday

CHEST

  • 30 deg Incline Dumbbell Press
  • Flat Barbell Bench Press
  • Upper Chest Smith Bench Press
  • Wide Dumbbell Flyes(Deep stretch)
  • Cable Crossover
  • Pec-Deck
  • QUADS
  • Leg Extension
  • Olympic Barbell Squat
  • Single-Leg Presses
  • TRICEPS
  • Incline, Overhead Straight Barbell or EZ-Bar Extensions
  • Straight-Bar Pushdowns
  • Lying Single-Arm Dumbbell Extension
  • Dumbbell Tricep Kickbacks(opposite knee and hand on bench, bent over, elbow to side never moving)




This is my cardio schedule for this week

60 minutes on non-workout days and 2

30 minutes on workout days(post weights or AM fasted). My cardio is 7 days a week and increases by 5-10min each week.



Everything is going well for me except I let someone else take a go at the grill! Omg! Disaster.,lol. It was still good just well done to say the least! Can’t bitch when I am not there to cook! Lol. Starting to harden up a bit, some extra detail is coming through so that is good. Going to up my sodium a bit and see how it goes. Of course I am superbly busy and am working out whenever possible.

Remember, Reach at Least One Goal Daily!

I was not available to cook@ the time(late from work) and asked my sister to Grill the Rib-eye’s for me! What a disaster! She is a very good cook(all my siblings) but she had a bunch of side dishes going; forgot to clean the grill like I asked; and drizzled EVOO over the steaks, which I aged for a week in the refrigerator! She only had to clean it, wipe the grates with Avocado Oil! I like Rare/Med-Rare 100% and she slayed these beautiful pieces of Beef! I still ate my fill! Lol. Just reminded me of going out to eat!(Sooo Rare), because I cook 98% of every meal; even Family Dinners/Parties! So me, “Giving her a go, at my grill” is defined as;
Letting someone other than yourself to do your job/position/task. A mistake, almost always! In retrospect; I could have made them wait but, there were 14 of us there and the boys just Stand over you and Hover “ Is it done!?”
Omg. I definitely rarely let anyone do anything(except prep work), which is great.

Cialis 5mg daily

Beltropin GH 6iu split

T3- (not using)

Clen 40-80mcg 2 on,1off,2on,2off, repeat

Tren Ace 100mg/Test prop 100mg/Primo 100mg 3x week

Parabolan 100mg per week one shot

Provi 50mg- Var 40mg split

Winstrol 50mg split (adding 8/7)

Adex and Nolvadex or Asin As Needed(not used) may use letro if Needed

Pfizer Caber as needed .5mg twice(not used)

2% ketoconazole/.03% bimatoprost/6% minoxidil/finasteride(Small %’s) Comounding Pharmacy shampoo:serum (120 applications) using prophylactically/preventative. I have a ton of hair but, the shafts thin while using DHT/19-not/strong orals. This I just started, but have used 2% ketoconazole shampoo for years. The Latisse®️ compound is interesting as I have seen it work incredibly on my sisters’ eyelashes(length/fullness)!

So, I am starting to etch in some detail and drop some excess water which feels nice. The rapid changes are what amazes me. I hate pics but I had some video of me doing different poses, so I tried to take a screenshot while it was playing. Anyway, the one pic shows how much beef/thickness I added(during my bulk that got cut short) to my back and legs in Comparison to just last year. It isn’t the best pic but you can see the overall thickness/width a bit. My cut is going well, starting to get some detail! Another Month and I will be ready! Have a great weekend!! My Cut is going very well! I am used to cutting and bulking quickly)although I would like to do a proper bulk for around 16 weeks! I always have something come up! Lol. About 4 weeks ! Excited and I will keep you posted. 🙏✊💪🤟Remember, Reach at Least One Goal Daily!

Can’t wait to add halo(10mg twice daily, last two weeks!) OMG, sadly it was my first oral of any kind(almost a decade old expired tabs in blister packs) but, Holy Crap does that ignite some major changes rapidly! I have not used in over 6 years. Have a great Sat/Sun ! 👏🤙

Thx hungryMFKR! That is too funny, I keep hearing his name, must be the hair! What is even more funny is my father knows him well and has been around him quite a bit when he was young . Mike is older but not much. They were at the USA in Las Vegas; apparently had a good time and females were very much crowding around. He grew up not far from Vancouver Bc in Kirkland WA.

Once I am done with this competition, I will be more social and share a ton. Learned so much these past months . No big boost in. Aas. More diet and workout . Definitely gh helped a lot
