Thanks ! I have one tattoo I am up in the air on removal or just coverup, was wondering what removal was like
Super painful as I took my girl to 5 seesions. It was laser therapy and basically ablates the skin white! She said it was 10x more painful. They have other ways; she had to use her insurance carrier (whatever they approved).

I will be doing a customized, 6 day bodybuilding program. Days 1, 3 and 5 are my bread and butter compound lifts; Days 2, 4, and 6 are more targeting isolated muscles using manual-weighted and Machine lifts for improvement of Calves, Abs, Isolated Arm muscles, hamstring/glutes/low back. I do cardio and core work 7 days a week regardless. I will do my true AM FASTED cardio w 2 servings cold brew black coffee diluted w water only, I will be eating *3 large meals, *1 snack and a *morning smooothie(all my protective supps/veg/fruit/oils/powders. Just wanted to show you my layout for training/supps/etc. I am bulking but on lower amounts and not the traditional Deca/Dbol. I just finished week 2 of 10 @ 220lbs Sorry I have been MIA for a while but life happens and I have been busy as it can get. I will leave a few pics since TRT to starting this run . Missed you guys. Things are good professionally but could be better personally..if you catch my drift.

I got a Ninja air frying pressure cooker for the wife. Makes some dish so easier and less time consuming. I.e. rabbits takes usually 1.5 to 2h in the oven in that thing its about 20/30 mins and more tender.

Insane physique btw. 💪

Thanks HungryMfkr! It is great ! I just used it to make some crisp Mahi Breaded for fish tacos and it is the stuff! Gonna throw a organic chicken in there next all seasoned in and out , see how it goes ! 💪

I will be heading to see Ghostbusters with my cousins, hope it’s good . Wishing my friend good luck at her contest . Kick Ass!
