Memory foam pillow

Back issues. But I’m a side sleeper and if I don’t get a high loft pillow I sleep on my arm which cause shoulder impingement issues.

The mattress and giving up squatting and deadlifting has vastly improved my back.
I have neck (misalignment) and lower back (arthrosis) issues. I still squat and deadlift but with lighter weights.
