I slept only 5 hours, woke up at 2am with back pain.

Then I drove to Limburg to do my 5 hours shift. I kept drinking coffee but as soon as I got back home I had a bite to eat and fell asleep in the recliner. Now I’m wide awake while I’m supposed to go to bed in an hour ....

I have been considering trying the full body workouts 3x/week. I think it would be fun for a while. Do something different
Ya gota freshen it up once and a while.
