I've always taken 5-10g Creatine post workout. I take it as I know there are some health benefits to it and it does make me look a little fuller due to the water it brings into the muscle.My question for this thread would be,
are any of the guys taking creatine on a regular basis, and did you notice any benefits short term or long term from it ?
I doubt creatine would be able to increase your strength by 40 lbs on any exercise in a few weeks. Were you juicing at the same too? If you said you were taking test, anavar and creatine - would make sense. Regardless, that is good but creatine usually doesn't have that kind of affect on strength.Creatine works!
