T: 16.8 nmol/l
E: 98 pmol/l

75 mg test C every 3.5 days. Good morning wood but difficulty maintaining an erection. Loss of sensitivity making orgasm damn near impossible. My reading seams to point to low E but I'm not taking an AI and my number doesn't seem that low. Can anyone offer some of input on what direction to take things in. Thanks.

pin more frinquently, test prolactin. What your weight and background? Get 29g half inch. Maintain 8week before uping or lowering dosage to accommodate and be able to dial in soon, i like cialis 5mg a day as well

I tried EOD and felt worse. Joint pain, irritable and the dick didn't work any better then now. I'm 5'10 210 lbs .... 20 of that is since I started trt and sadly it's not muscle. Eat healthy, fairly balanced macros. No sugar, wheat or dairy. 1-2 drinks a week at most. Fairly active but my lifting has gone downhill since starting trt due to thyroid issues so it's been mostly LISS cardio while I try to dial thyroid meds in. Haven't tested prolactin in a while but it was always good. Taking vitamin b, d, e and zinc daily which should also help keep it in check.

why do you think taking vitamin b,d,e, and zinc should help keep prolactin in check? B-6 has some evidence behind it and you will find the off article on vitamin e but if you have double blind placebo studies on vitamin e and prolactin please post them.
Regardless, if it was good before. If the cause of your issues is physical you need a hormone panel that covers more than test and free test and estrogen.
Are you on any other medication? Are you saying you can get erect but during intercourse you find it hard to maintain an erection?

thanks,
GR

Sorry typing on my phone. The b is for prolactin and there is some anecdotal evidence that e can help. The rest of the stack is just what I've found helpful over the years. Other meds are desiccated thyroid and ritalin. Yes I can typically get a good erection with some effort but it's difficult to maintain it and very difficult to orgasm. I'll post the other labs I had done when I get to a computer, but nothing jumped out which is why I'm looking for advice.

Is that doctor prescribed test? Do you have any other numbers from the blood work to share?

Yes Dr prescribed. I've attached the rest of my recent bloods.

I know that stress can mess with the ability to keep hard, if you stress and fear about losing it that isn't gonna help. Also how is your blood pressure?
Prolactin as well ,I didn't see it on your blood work. I think piling in the vit b will only go so far.
Are you stressed at work or home?
Are you experiencing any other side effects, dizzyness? Weak spells?
Honestly you should be getting it to see your Dr and discuss this all with him. I'm sure he will order more relevant blood work.
Hope you get it all worked out.

I don't have performance anxiety, and a little cialis usually takes care of any ED. My frustration is more the inability to orgasm and in inability to get my protocol dialled in. It's reached the point where I turn down blowjobs because it's going to be too much work for both of us :) My wife an I are very open with each other and I'm not too proud to reach into the bedside table for some battery powered help. Not under any extra stress other then the pandemic, but I don't work around people so it doesn't affect me much.

I was looking over my past bloodwork and for some reason my total T has dropped without a change in protocol. The only change is starting t3/t4 2 months ago. I wonder if my metabolism speeding up is causing my body to clear the T faster.

Have you spoken to your gp about upping your current dose? If you're 20 lbs fatter I would thing there is greater potential for aromatase but you say your e was low. I'd be seeking an increase in dosage as rechecking in a few weeks

Defy Medical will review your blood work and consult w your GP. They book hour long telemedicine calls. They can’t prescribe in Canada, but they will email you their thoughts for you to share w your GP. They are the gold standard of Hormone Care as far as I am concerned.
I found an anti-aging clinic in Toronto which helped me dial in my TRT and libido. I still send my panel into Defy once/year for a second opinion.
Good Luck.

Many good thoughts and suggestions so far in this thread...but aren’t drugs like Ritalin well known for having a negative effect on sexual performance?

Most meds often increase your libido, although if abused they can can affect performance.

Dr. Upped the dose and things are starting to return to reasonable. Thyroid ultrasound came back with some nodules so I'm off to an endo.
