Number of meals

Just wondering how often you guys eat.

I have breakfast (and coffee) around 6am, a snack around 9:30am, lunch at noon, a snack at 3:30pm, dinner at 5:30-6:00pm and a bedtime snack around 10pm.
I know that my diet needs improvement. That's why I'm considering "enrolling" @PacMan

I’ve gone anywhere from 5-8 meals per day. A diet like keto, I find 5 meals is all I need but outside of that I need the 8 meals.

I try to get in 5-7 meals a day, however 2-4 of those are either protein shakes or quest bars.

7ish meals

6am
-shake (not whey protein but a blend of real food)
8am
-oatmeal
10am
-another shake (like the one at 6am, no whey protein but food blended)
12pm
-lunch
2pm
-pre workout meal
Training 4 to 6/pm
- end it with carb and whey shake
7/8pm
-Dinner
9/10pm
- final meal (a shake or some Greek yogurt and whey)

4 regular meals, 1 protein drink after exercise, and 1 meal before bed but my meal before bed is always light like walnuts or Greek yogurt.
If for some reason I want to gain weight, I don’t increase my frequency - I just eat more in each meal and vice versa for losing weight.

4:30am pre workoutmeal
6:00am breakfast
9:30am shake+almond
12:00pm complete meal
3:15pm shake+almond
6:00pm complete meal
9:00pm shake before bed + everything i need to get my BS where i should be before sleep (fats or carbs or nothing)

so normally 7 meals day

5-6 meals per day of whole foods - two shakes in there as well - one after training in the morning and one before bed - I rely on my protein shake before bed so I can do a faster 2km jog before eating my first meal and going to train

At least 6. I try to get 7 or 8. It helps that I get a break at work every 2 hours and a microwave is near by.
